  • Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once production begins or a design proof is approved, cancellations are not possible.

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • MC Laser and Signs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Custom products cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with errors caused by MC Laser and Signs.

  • Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, minus shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
