At MC Laser and Signs, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom laser engraving and signage products. Because each order is personalized, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to our customers while protecting the uniqueness of our work.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once design proof approval or production has started, cancellations are not possible.

2. Custom or Personalized Items

Custom products cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs or design confirmations before production. MC Laser and Signs is not liable for errors approved by the customer.

3. Non-Custom Items

If applicable, unused non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly remake the item or issue a replacement/refund at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
